I've had the bag for 1 year and 3 months. It had been my backpack for class everyday for college here at CMU. It Worked great and I really enjoyed having a padded sleeve for my laptop. This week the zipper broke (not out of excessive force) for the laptop sleeve and Oakley let me know that my bag was 3 months out of warranty. With the price I payed for this bag I was hoping it would make it through 4 years of college at least. My previous bag was a Swiss gear that I picked up from a rummage sale and I used for 4 years and I only replaced it because it was starting to show its age. The poor customer is pushing me back to Swiss gear.
