I wanted a nice backpack/purse and this looks very nice. But looks aren't everything. One of the reasons I ordered it is that big front pocket where I could keep my car keys. Turns out that pocket is weak and unreliable. My keys soon fell out of it because the pocket wasn't strong enough to hold them. It would have been so easy for them to manufacture a strong closure for the front pocket, but since it is so unreliable, I cannot use this purse.
